Environmental Policy
Zeus involves in the manufacture of plain and printed self-adhesive labels and tapes, and the supply of retail, food & industrial packaging materials, non-food items, and ambient food items.
We are committed to complying with all applicable environmental legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements, and the requirements as stated in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
We are committed to protecting our environment, and a determination to minimise any adverse impacts on the environment as a result of our activities, products, and services. We are committed to preventing pollution. We will continue to develop, implement, and promote waste prevention, reduction, reuse, and recycling onsite in a systematic and cost-effective manner. We will use appropriately regulated waste management contractors to ensure safe management of waste.
We will minimise the emissions from our fleet through adequate maintenance and testing.
Our purchase policy is in favour of suppliers and contractors who adopt the best environmental practices and could offer sustainable products.
We shall establish environmental objectives at relevant functions and levels, based on significant aspects identified, and associated compliance obligations, risks and opportunities.
We support these commitments by implementing an EMS based on the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. The EMS shall be systematically and periodically assessed for its effectiveness and opportunities for continual improvement.
